The office of Dr. Raymond P Roffi has a mission to provide personalized, high-quality care when an Orthopaedic Surgeon is necessary for you . My staff and I feel we have created a practice that we believe in and do choose for our own family members and friends.
We are a work family of employees, dedicated and experienced personnel who believe in working with our patients to improve quality of life and Orthopaedic Health. Dr. Roffi believes in working together to develop a care plan that puts the patients first! Providing a comprehensive approach to your health care by delivering services to our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Educating and guiding our patients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible is important to us.

LeiLani joined the Team in 2015. Immediately after finishing High School in Livermore California, LeiLani graduated from Apollo College in 2006 as an accredited Physical Therapy Technician. She is a "Jack of all trades" with experience in Pain Management, Physical Therapy and Orthopedics--she also dabbled with work at an Allergy clinic and is considered a specialist in Workman's Compensation Benefits.
LeiLani is the first face you see when coming to the office. She will help you complete new patient forms, providing excellent assistance during the referral/authorization period requirements should Physical Therapy, Pain Management, Coordination of Specialist Care or Testing be necessary.
Dr. Roffi a proud "Trojan Alumni" graduated from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California, June of 1983. Internship and Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery was completed in 1988 at the LAC USC Medical Center. Dr. Roffi first practiced in Irvin California, moving to Chandler in Arizona of 1993.
Academic Appointment: Clinical Associate Professor of Orthopaedics 1988 thru 1993 for USC School of Medicine
Teaching Responsibilities: Staff acetabulum and pelvic fracture cases at LAC USC Medical Center 1987 thru 1993
Dr. Roffi is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons awarded Board Certification in 1990.
Recertification was achieved in 2010. Currently Dr. Roffi is a candidate for recertification preparing to be tested again in 2020. Dr. Roffi is also a member in good standing with The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arizona Medical Society and the American Medical Association.
Fran is Dr. Roffi's Medical Assistant and Surgery Coordinator.
Fran graduated from Fallbrook High School in California in 1981. In 1993 she graduated with honors from Apollo College joining Dr. Roffi to assist him in starting his practice in Chandler. Fran brings her warmth and happy personality to work everyday because she is doing what she loves....helping her patients.
